Todd Drennan is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Marketing in the W. P. Carey School of Business. He received his PhD from Mälardalen University in Sweden, with specialization from Uppsala University and the Swedish Research School of Management and Information Technology. He also received his MBA from Mälardalen University and his BS from Brigham Young University Idaho. Prior to his doctoral training, he worked for international companies in B2B sales, marketing, and market research. Dr. Drennan's research focuses on digital marketing, online consumer behavior, purchase intention, artificial intelligence, and influencer marketing.

Frank Jee joins the W. P. Carey School of Business as a Clinical Associate Professor of Marketing. He received his PhD in Business Administration from the Fox Business School at Temple University. His research applies behavioral economic theory and quasi-experimental methods to investigate cognitive and emotional biases in consumer decision-making, particularly in online advance ticket booking within the travel, sports, and event sectors. Before joining ASU, he was an Assistant Professor at Western Carolina University and St. Joseph's University.

Martin Mende is Professor of Marketing, and J. Willard and Alice S. Marriott Foundation Professor in Services Leadership. His research focuses on services, consumer-firm relationships, and the positive effects of marketing on consumer and societal well-being. Before returning to ASU (where Martin earned his PhD in 2008), Martin was on the faculty at the University of Kentucky and Florida State University.

Julie Beckel Nelsen is a clinical associate professor of marketing in the W. P. Carey School of Business Marketing Department. She holds a PhD from Marquette University, a MBA from Arizona State University and a Bachelors from St. Catherine University. Her emphasis is in professional sales. With more than 20 years’ in corporate and entrepreneurial sales, marketing, and management roles and 10+ years in higher education, Nelsen brings practical experience that supports theory to the classroom.

Maura L. Scott is Professor of Marketing and the Edward M. Carson Chair in Services Marketing at the W. P. Carey School of Business, at Arizona State University. Her research interests include consumer behavior, consumer and societal well-being, public policy, and services marketing. Her research examines how to help improve consumers’ financial, health, and food decisions, particularly among underrepresented, marginalized, and vulnerable populations. Her research is published in leading scholarly journals including the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, among others. Dr. Scott serves on the Board of Directors of the American Marketing Association and is a Past President of the American Marketing Association’s Academic Council. Dr. Scott’s industry background includes marketing positions at 3M, Dial Corporation, and Motorola.
