Program overview
The W. P. Carey School of Business launched its first online program in 2003. In the years since, thousands of students have chosen W. P. Carey to help them pursue a degree that can make a real difference in their lives, while maintaining the flexibility of earning their degree while they work. Our online programs have been an ideal solution for military students stationed abroad, international students, busy working professionals from out of state, and even Arizona residents who either need or simply prefer to study online.
The Online MS-BA is a perfect fit for students with two or more years of professional experience. The program builds on the knowledge you already have and builds toward a culminating applied project. Along the way, you’ll learn in a one-course-at-a-time model that allows you to focus on your studies while juggling work and personal responsibilities.

Curriculum
Combining the latest developments in industry with a strong foundation in research and cross-disciplinary application, the Online MS‑BA will deepen your quantitative and analytical skills, and you’ll discover how to derive value from data and modeling, lead data-driven analyses, and create a business advantage across markets and industries.
The lock-step approach to the Online MS-BA curriculum ensures that you’ll learn concepts that weave together to create a stronger body of knowledge, and you’ll study and work on projects with teammates whenever it’s most convenient for you. The program starts in August and takes 16 months to complete, meaning you’ll graduate the following December. Although you take your coursework online, you are always welcome to visit us on campus, and we hope that you and your classmates join us on campus for graduation.
